This is typical for the older homes in Boise below. Sure they are building newer homes in the range of 275k however, we saw them close up, not on a computer. Most were on postage stamp lots, with zero privacy, and built right on tip of each other. Seeing them on the computer, and seeing them in person are very different.

That is why I said, I considered those newer homes on postage stamp lots, that are built right on top of each other, first time buyer class homes.

This home in Boise is on .14 of an acre. and was built in 1941. This is what I am talking about. $339,900 3 Bed, 1 Bath 1,872 Sq. Ft. 0.14 Acres
