Watch who you call a bigot buddy. If FACT bothers you, that's just to bad. hatred and bigotry exists in the talmud, for example: Sanhedrin 57a : A Jew need not pay a gentile ("Cuthean") the wages owed him for work. Am I bigot to point it out? Do Jews follow this? No. At least not that I have ever heard. Could Ms. Mitz have opinions of "gentiles" which are influenced by Talmadic teachings? most certainly. In fact it's quite clear.

I hope you're feeling better from your accident.
I'm not so sure that Iddo is convinced, though, because the next day he asked me if he could send a hate letter to Santa.
Irritates me, too. And, riiiight, the youngster thought of sending the 'hate' letter all on his own. Funny how 'hate' just rolls one way. *eyeroll* How sad that she fails to see the lack of tolerance she is permitting and instilling in her children, I'm sure she'd be all over CNN if the details were reversed, if some child had told her children Santa was dead or some such. She doesn't see the hypocrisy of her comments, but few on the left recognize their inconsistancies.
James Carville, the political consultant and former Clinton aide, once said that Pennsylvania is Philadelphia on one side, Pittsburgh on the other, and Alabama in between. This Alabama is precisely where we landed in the summer of 2004 with four Hebrew-speaking children who had never seen snow, sung Jingle Bells or heard Silent Night.
Oh, and thank heavens Carville and Judy want to help us po' mountain fo'ks here in PA... /sarcasm He is such a snake.
CALL THE DIVERSITY GESTAPO!!
LOL, living near enough to State College, I know first hand the Diversity Gestapo are on the speed dial of all too many. Gotta love Stewie!

but I am afraid I am missing on "groking". Please enlighten me on the meaning of the word in question. Understanding or studying something so thoroughly that it internalizes, and becomes part of you, and you a part of it, while each still retains its own identity.
That is a quick, short answer.. It is a basic "Martian philosophical concept" that comes from Robert Heinlein's novel, Stranger In A Strange Land.

3000 winmag (my favorite round, too); I try to distinguish Carville, the effective and knowledgeable operative from the GOAM (God Of All Moonbats) his opinions display.
Like Dick Morris (and Rove), when it came down to the REALLY important issues of a campaign what issues to spend $ on and when, where and how to spend those dollars - he is/was one spat cookie.
As a political philosopher he is a major dip, as an analyst of who votes how, where, why and is there a point in throwing money at the situation to change it, he is one of the best ever. As a poly sci major I feel toward him and Dick Morris the way an Army officer buddy of mine feels toward Rommel and Guderian hate what they fought for but admire the skill of the attack,

"Jewish people don't celebrate Christmas"
Wrong. Leftie Moonbats don't celebrate Christmas.

I never said she quoted the talmud, I said her bigotry comes from a POOR teaching of it.
Obviously there are some bigoted Rabbi's who offer their opinions to the Gemara, and many of these are latter agued out, A person recieving poor guidance would never see those.

>>>but watching my little Jewish children up there on the stage with their classmates singing Christmas classics like Jingle Bells <<<
At the risk of being "offensive", I am posting the full lyrics of Jingle Bells. I defy ANYONE to point out ANY "religious", let alone "Christmas", references in the seasonal COURTING song.
Jingle Bells
Dashing through the snow
In a one horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Bells on bob tails ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to laugh and sing
A sleighing song tonight
Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
A day or two ago
I thought I'd take a ride
And soon Miss Fanny Bright
Was seated by my side
The horse was lean and lank
Misfortune seemed his lot
We got into a drifted bank
And then we got upsot
Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh yeah
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh

The writer and his family are "apart" because they want to be. I somehow manage to celebrate Hanukah with my jewish friends, even two Sater [sp] without getting all offended.

Yup. The Jew is using bigotted stereotypes re the deep South to smear her community. What a hypocrite. It never fails to amaze me just how ignorant and intolerant people on the left are.

Am I bigot to point it out? If you found this "gem" on stormfront.org, come-and-hear.com, talmudlies.com, nukeisrael.com, radioislam.org, rense.com or any other site that features the insane, hysterical spewings of the Communist party's "Talmudic specialist" Israel Shahak then YES YOU ARE A BIGOT.
Google Sanhedrin 57a to see how the Talmud is distorted with bogus teachings and interpretations BY ANTI-SEMITES.
Could Ms. Mitz have opinions of "gentiles" which are influenced by Talmadic teachings?
No, but I suspect that Mr. Zachary has opinions of "talmadic[sic!] teaching" that is influenced by neo-nazis and anti-Semites.

"Grok" ---
A made up word invented by Heinlen (sp ?) in Stranger in a Strange land. Means, best translated, as "fully understanding to an intuitive, gut level."

She expects for everyone to respect her beliefs as she pisses on everyone elses. For the sake of argument...hasn't it occured to you that she might actually see this as your position?

Christmas classics like Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer......and then, as if to add insult to injury, Dreidel, Dreidel, I Made it Out of Clay - a silly Hanukka song popularized in America.
Rudolph is "classic" while Dreidel is "silly."
An appropriate response may have been to help the music director add a meaningful Hanukka song to the program. The school was attempting to be inclusive and could have used some help.
