I could not go to Mass tonight. Every Christmas Eve my family goes to Mass. My Mom is so ill. I stay home and we spend that time together. I pray I have a few more years. Midnight Mass, tonight on tv. From St. Patrick's Cathedral.

To anyone in our Military, it's a most beautiful Mass if you can attend. I hope you can watch it like me. HUGS!

The unusual sounding "guitar" is not really a guitar.  It is a "tres."  It has 3 sets of two strings each.  The sets of two strings are mounted very close together so that one cannot be played without playing the other.  The effect is the sound of each string and the harmonic sound effect of the two strings striking each other.
