12/23 UPDATE: "The National Archives today released a virtually identical version of the May 30, 1985 Samuel Alito abortion memo. The only difference between the "new" memo--dated June 5, 1985--and the earlier version is the correction of a few typos and spelling errors. Otherwise, the documents are the same. No need for an AP alert--the new Alito memo is actually old news."

Yet, the MSM is frothing at the mouth to make this appear to be breaking news.

The memo contained the same Alito statements as one dated May 30, 1985, which the National Archives released in November

In other words, what we know about ALITO we already knew in November. Another MSM giving us the news several times, in the hopes they can fool us once.

The only new information is that this is the forwarding of the memo, and includes information from the Solicitor General. Which, BTW, says NOTHING about Alito, just about the ISSUE.
