"Half of All Americans Believe Bush is Failure"
or
"50% of Americans are Too Stupid to Know What's Good For Them, Poll Shows"

The more he speaks to the country and gets in the medias face, the higher his ratings will continue to go. The american people despise the media, for the most part.
