The medical reality is that there has NEVER been a documented case of a woman transmitting HIV to a HEALTHY male via conventional intercourse.

I should note the exception to what I just wrote above, that there is one case of a man getting AIDS by sexual contact with a woman. It was a guy with chronic bleeding gum disease whose preference was perforning oral sex on prostitutes.
