But of course this is the attitude of Martiin and the Liberals. Respecting the dead at a service of any kind may be construde as tolerating a religious perspective, which is, naturally, against core Liberal beliefs. Liberals are the only repectable group on the planet.

good article...something i've finally witnessed first hand since i've moved back from the US to Canada...
NEVER do we hear ANYTHING about the UN food SCANDAL...pathetic. Since i've been back in Canada, bout 6 months now, daily i tell friends, family, and whovever wants to listen about the communist-like medium we have here in Canada. I'm so disgusted with this place( canada ) now...I will forever consider myself Acadian before Canadian, as will most of us here in coastal NB.

From the article:
They were patrolling down the streets on foot, in areas that the Americans, including their much vaunted Special Forces, had feared to tread.
Ah,nothing for nothing, but I call B.S. on this. I understand as a journalist, you have to sell your story of sorts, but I certainly don't buy that our special forces were 'fearful' of treading anywhere.

Ahh but don't you know that 1 Canadian soldier is equal to no less than 30 Green Berets. Don't believe me? Just ask a Canadian they'll tell you.

What's wrong with you people? Saddam Hussein is PM of Canada! I saw that on South Park. That explains everything.

30 is a bit much....probably closer to 10.

We watched that one last night.
It was so close to the truth that it *almost* wasn't funny.

I was going to reply with "kiss my bu##" but your way is more diplomatic. (international affairs and such...)

Maybe we can agree on "morally bankrupt scumballs"?
I suppose after the election, once the witch is permanently gone from Ottawa, I'll have to come up with a new tag line ... sigh.
Anyway, Merry Christmas to all!
(I posted my card and pinged everyone from Pookie 18's thread earlier)
