Knowing her, somebody probably made a mean remark about her husband and she probably told the attendant off. Either way, according to sceptics, The Osteen ministry is one of the most ethical and financially sound ministries on TV. After Osteens book did so well, he quit accepting a salary from his church. And running the largest church in America is hard work and a ton of hours weekly.

Oh I am sure it has been taken out of context, but I think these people in the limelight need to know negative actions even the smallest will get them in the news.

I cannot bring myself to call his organization a "church." It is a neo-Pelagian therapeutic convention.

I'm not impress with pastors who quit accepting salaries from their churches when they're on the New York Times Best Sellers' List. I think it smacks of peity and purposely gives a false impression. It's like Bill Gates giving away half his salary of $24 billion dollars. That sounds very noble (and it is) until you realize he's keeping the other $24 billion. I could live comfortably on $24 billion.

And how do you know that? Do you have access to their books? Describe "ethical." Jim Bakker was also once described identically as ethical and financially sound, but ended up in jail anyway.
