Hello Miss ilovew. Thanks for asking! I'm doing pretty well, I have all my shopping done, am waiting for some gifts to arrive but printed up some placards showing the recipients what they will get if the items don't arrive in time, and am hoping I am able to see my son on Christmas Day. He called today and is fighting a bug.
How are you?
Hi Mamab. Are you getting helpful answers about your arm (shoulder / wrist?) ?
I just caught your post about your diagnosis. What happens in the long run -- is there something the doctors can do long term to relieve the pain?
Amen.

The young Marine in his dress uniform....the look on his face is incredible.
Yes, very intent. As one who doesn't want to miss a crumb of the cake. And Laura's face is very telling.

Navy Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt has served in the Armed Forces for 14 years, the last three as a Chaplain. Now he may be stripped of his status, losing his career, retirement and home for praying in Jesus' name even though Title 10 of the U.S. Code says that it is legal for a Chaplain to pray publicly according to his faith. Chaplain Klingenschmitt has taken his battle directly to the Whitehouse and awaits an answer from President Bush. To hear an interview with Chaplain Klingenschmitt click on the link below.

Eh...I'm okay. I've got a cough and a bad headache but at least I'm not as sick as my brother. And I've got my laptop to keep me busy and amused :)
Thank you, Gretchen. See our first lady getting off the helicopter in #17. Doesn't she look great! So nice and slender and smartly dressed. A wonderful role model for the women of our country.
I live in Alabama now...but I'm home in GA for Christmas...it's cold here...very cold.
Sent you a freepmail. I may have to have another surgery on that side. So, I really hope it gets well on its own. Although I never had any real pain after my rotator cuff surgery until this started. He also told me to use heat on it.
Thanks for the dose, Gretchen....I send these wonderful photos onto family in the military. They are SO grateful, and so am I.
