MIAMI — Police were in the middle of a massive manhunt Wednesday for the suspected "Shenandoah Rapist" who escaped from a correctional center in Miami-Dade County.
Reynaldo Elias Rapalo, 34, is accused of committing a series of rapes in Southern Florida before he was captured in 2003. He is the sole suspect in the rapes of seven victims, ages 11 to 79, and in the attempted attacks of four others since September 2002.
Rapalo is considered armed and dangerous.............. Besides the seven rapes, Rapalo has been charged with attacking at least four more women. The charges were brought based on DNA evidence. Rapalo is an illegal immigrant who lives in a Florida neighborhood full of illegal immigrants, so police are worried that more crimes may have been committed that went unreported.

From the linked story, it's impossible to figure out how he got the name "Shenandoah". The locale of the rapes seems to be in Florida. Can anyone clarify?
According to FOXNews who is monitoring this now, the perp was let in on a "work visa". One of the 3.6 million visa overstays that are roaming this counry. The bureaucracies are NOT clearing these applicants. They let anyone and everyone in and some want these same agencies to now administer a new guest worker program for 20 million more. We are in SUCH trouble!

It's become impossible for me to avoid the conclusion that the federal government actively seeks the immigration of as many illegals as possible as fast as possible. I don't think they'll be satisfied until the entire population of Mexico, central and south America is here.

I guess the rape victims can take comfort, however, in the President's plans for massive amnesty and a permanent global labor market. When all of the third world can come here as they please, they won't be so stressed...you see... so maybe they'll rape a bit less.

Not a damned thing!...except making sure that they have access to free medical care, free schooling for their illegal children, etc.
FNC also questioned how these two criminals got together for their escape since they were supposed to be in separate cells.
