I agree. I would have put a bullet in the bomber's stomach to increase the pain.

Company Commander: "Soldier, how did that bayonet get lodged in his throat?"

Soldier: "I guess it happened when the IED went off"........Sir............(chortle.)

Company Commander: "Soldier, what do you know about this?"

2nd Soldier: "Well, I think the corpsman was trying to clear an airway or something. What do I know, I'm just a grunt."

Company Commander: "Well, good job men, keep up the good work.....Oh, here's your bayonet back. Better sharpen it again, got some bone chips on that blade there."
