I remember Colin Powell or someone else like Rummy showing photo's of a convoy of trucks crossing the Syrian or Jordan border shortly before the war. Could have been cash, WMD', etc. who knows but they definitely buried or moved what they could because Saddam didn't really grasp the fact it was all over for him.
