The other issue is the content of the memo ordering LT Bush to report for an annual Flight physical no later than May 14th. The physical was not actually due until his birth month (July). By that point he had already transferred to his non flying billet in Alabama. The transfer date to the non flying billet is listed in his next fitrep.

Documents that were given to her by a BUsh enemy who said here are the documents, but I can't stand up as the source. Please.
