ASHVILLE, Ohio -- Police believe a child was raped inside her home last week.
Neighbors said they contacted authorities several times about one of their neighbors and the treatment of her 6-year-old daughter. But what they allegedly saw inside the Ashville apartment frightened them, NBC 4's Barbra Flannigan reported.

Just pisses me off that CPS here hounds innocent parents and ignores scumbags like this! That's the way it is with CPS everywhere.

Hang them both. Should be a Federal crime. Mandatory death for rape of a child under the age of 10 or 12. Forensic evidence must be obtainable of course.

Mom is a serial cohabiter, and the new boyfriend has a problem with the previous guy's kid. Next thing you know, he has exercised his power over that child--generally with the mother's help, since she can't bear to be without his sexual charisma. It's sick and evil, but it's commonplace. "Your Honor, have you no compssion? You want to harshly punish me, when I am already suffering the horribly inconvenient loss of my meal ticket and pocket warmer...ugh, I mean, suffering the tragic loss of my child and my boyfri..fiance."

I agree.
You steal something from that child they'll never get back, and their chances for a normal life are well, greatly decreased.
You never get over it.

Sadly, you're right. These people are dead inside, so no matter what you or I could think up--it wouldn't affect them.
Still, I wouldn't mind taking their teeth out with a cold-point chisel.

What is truly sad and horrible is that it is a common belief in Africa that raping an infant will cure you of AIDS. I really believe that's why we see an increase in these horrendous crimes.
Crimes such as these do not warrant a lifetime in a cush American Prison. Death is too easy for them, it's a way out. I honestly cannot think of a suitable 'treatment' for these people. All I can say is MAN, Crystal Meth is taking a horrible toll on the MidWest! I gotta believe it's the drugs... I've just seen it too much. :(

That's two quick, tie them to an ant hill in the middle of the woods, cover them with honney and return in a few days to see if there is anything left.

I never heard of that! That's really horrible. I don't think it applies to the rapes I read about, which are all U.S. things. Anyway, I couldn't agree with you more about the Meth problem. I think it has caused some very hideous behavior. However, in all of the incidents that have become known to me, this was never a factor. It was other drugs and just plain old fashioned deviance.
