This year, the mantra of the Democratic party has been the "culture of corruption" of the Republicans. Those of us who were paying attention during the Clinton years know what a culture of corruption looks like.

Clinton Impeachment Day. I'll light a candle.

He doesn't seem to be suffering much...I don't think impeachment means as much nowadays, as it used to.

The Clinton were indeed dark days for us all. America fell into deep moral and ethical decline while the idiot and his manwife pillaged this great country. I am so greatful to Bush for wipeing the slate clean and taking us back to morality and real American values. This will indeed be a Merry Christmas!

It is indeed a day to be thankful to the then existing House of Representatives who had the moral courage to recognize a fellon when they saw one and act appropriately.
It is also a bit of a day of infamy remembering the then cowardly, self-serving senate who were unable to recognize criminal behavior and act accordingly.
Hence, the thing was able to finish a term in the white house instead of jail.
Shameful!
