I read the Mumbles thread....he's a blowhard....but Turley scared me....Im not sure of his political standing....I do remember he was sure Bush would win in the SC in 2000...
Wasn't it Reagen who said...read my lips...W has 24/7 legal counsel, they'd NEVER allow him to do something that WAS NOT LEGAL. That you can take to the bank!!! I don't care what Turley says...he's wrongo, on this one.

I don't think Turley has the reputation of just shooting totally from the left...but, hopefully that is what he is doing..
The ONE thing I keep reminding myself (in order to make myself feel better)...is that if Graham, Rockefeller, and others knew about this...BUT, said nothing..or did nothing to leak this during Bush's campaign last year...
then, they must have KNOWN...that there were nothing there to "get Bush" with...I mean they are still talking about the Texas National Guard stuff...so I can't imagine that they wouldn't have found some way to use this against Bush..
