LOL, My wife hates to cook, so I do most if not all the cooking. My mother was a great cook and gave me lots of recipes before she died, one of which is Apple Pie.

I often joke that my wife can make toast like no other :-)

In his speech the President admitted making mistakes and acknowledged that some of the critics of his policies are sincere in their objections showing that he is an honest man and not a phoney. I am impressed by this.
