At this point I discount the man as a Liberal partisan hack trying to use his "legal" credentials the way Dems use their military medals to intimidate and assert superiority of position.Which is probably why Dubya didn't go to court to get a warrant. The courts are infested with judges just like Napolitano, if we had to count on them, there would be hundreds of thousands of Americans smoldering today.
