I agree on our part. However President Bush has to get serious on seeking an investigation into these leaks. I emailed him yesterday with just such a request. Let the AG and Homeland Security begin an investigation into who is providing this information to the NY Times, et. al.

"The New York Times, failed to reveal that the urgent story was tied to a book release..."

Also curious is that this story comes the day after the most successful vote in ME history. A vote that vindicates W's war policy!

"I only hope that anyone that subscribes to the NY Times cancels their subscription pronto! That's the only message that will get through!"

How 'bout if all the non subscribers start a wave of civil disobedience. All together now, go to your nearest Starbucks and buy a large coffee. Then, quite by accident of course, spill the entire contents of said beverage on the NY Slimes paper rack. Ooops! Guess you won't be selling these anytime soon.....Civil action for the price of $3.50, whatta country!

Plan B is seeing if we can file a class action suit on behalf of all Americans against the Slimes for endangering our safety and causing us irreversible mental anguish, pain, and suffering. Frankly I'm so distraught that I probably couldn't even hold a cup of coffee right now (see plan A). Let's GO!

My outrage has not abated on this. We must innundate Congress and the White House with demands for criminal investigations.

''At least two senators that I heard with my own ears cited this as a reason why they decided to vote to not allow a bipartisan majority to reauthorize the Patriot Act,'' said Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas. ''Well, as it turns out the author of this article turned in a book three months ago and the paper, The New York Times, failed to reveal that the urgent story was tied to a book release and its sale by its author.''

Sen Cornyn's beef should be with the two Senators who used this trash to make a decision on our security!!!!!!!!!!! Next, these two senators will be quoting the Nat'l Enq and Playboy to make their decisions?????

"Senator Cornyn is My senator and has consistently shown he has a set of cajones"

I never heard of him before, but it's a pleasant surprise to see a republican with cojones.

if an airliner crashes right on the border of Peru and Columbia, where do they bury the survivers?

Here's the Punchline from the AUMF re: 9/11:

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES. “(a) In General.—That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.

Quote:
"ALL necessary and appropriate force" "in order to prevent ANY future acts"

I mean, isn't it the same thing? In 1941 they said "All the resources" in 2001 they said "All necessary and appropriate force" It seems the same to me.

What's the difference between "ALL the resources of the country...to bring the conflict to a successful termination" and "ALL necessary and appropriate force...in order to prevent any future acts"?

It's 'time' we did something about ALL of the socialist-biased mainstream media. SeeBS included. Boycotting just isn't enough these days. They've become downright dangerous to America's well being, treasonously so.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If the Socialists can get away with this kind of BS while we control all three branches of government.....God help us if they ever get one or more branches of government back under their control!!!

"Time we did something about the Times.'

Could we sue them for endangering us in a class action suit?
