No special prosecutor -- there is a lot of classified info -- this is a job for the Chief DOJ prosecutor IMHO. Forget outside special prosecutors -- keep this one in house. They need a change of venue from D.C. Hopefully the info was handed off in VA.

Good point, but whoever leaked this information to the Press, needs to be exposed to all of America as the TRAITER he or she is, and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

That would be the Solicitor General, Paul D. Clement. However I think it would be extremely fitting if the immediate past Solicitor General, Theodore B. Olson, whose wife was killed by the terrorists on 9-11, in the plane that hit the Pentagon, were be brought back to prosecute the case.
