The Treason charges just like any other charges go to a Grand Jury first via a Federal Prosecuter... just like clintons lies and perjury under Oath, Clintons and FOB mounted a defense, they won some and lost some,but we got justice! By no means did the Clintons get what most here think they deserve...

Delay, Fitzgerald et AL are being tried in a court of law with a very capable defense to get the truth out...Risen, ect. must be brought to justice at least by the court of public opinion, and if indited for having broken a law he will be tried by his peers as any citizen would...(Risen is a Pawn of NYT politcal machine.

We concerned itizens must demand accountability from our Government...this is no witch-hunt to get Risen...he is a puppet, this "LEAK" his Book...is a transparent effort to misdirect by the NYT, DNC, MSM dims to steal the Good news away from our Iraq success and the wonderful success the Patriot Act has had in stopping many, over ten domestic Al Quada attacks...this is my reasoned answer to your LOL mistaken understanding of the Constitution of the United States and the Oath the President is charged to protect, and as our commander and chief, he alone can launch a Nuclear Weapon at anytime if America is Threatened by one of the Axis of Evil Countries or other enemy...yet he cannot OK the NSA to do just the hell what all those Billions of dollars in technology is for to Protect Americans from our enemies Foreign and DOMESTIC... Hell we all know he has the Constitutional Authority to do just what he directed the NSA to do...the Dims know it too!!!
