This bar is in a far northern suburb of Cincinnati. The group that complained is from the hood. There is already one bar owner in another Cincy suburb with the same sign up and more to come.

Yeah, and I'm double-jointed too, but I don't go around kicking cripple's crutches out from under them.

I went to their website. You're right. Not one 'white person' on the commission.
And - their website is only in English and Spanish.
That is totally UNFAIR to people who speak French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and many other languages. Why doesn't the commission think of *their* feelings?? They have rights too.

The Ohio PC Commission never sent anyone undercover to the bar to determine if they actually refused service to anyone. They also admitted that not a single person has stepped forward to claim they were denied service at the bar.
Not a single person has been discriminated against. How can these morons cite someone for discrimination when nobody is being discriminated against?

Actually, I think I used a poor choice of words in my original post. Rather than a despondent or depressed view I was expressing gratitude for having been born and raised in small town America in the 1940's and 1950's. We would go to town on Saturday afternoon and leave our car with all four windows down and not be the least bit concerned that it would be stolen or something taken from it. My friends and I could ride our bikes anywhere we wanted, day or night, without fear of being abducted or approached by a pedophile. The term "three time loser" had meaning. Drugs like heroin and cocaine were unheard of, the biggest problem was underage drinking and that was mostly beer. We lived near the school and I went home for lunch every day. My entire seventh grade class trouped over to our house to watch an atom bomb test on TV from Nevada. When you pulled up into a gas station you were descended upon by two or more people who would wash your windshield, check the air in your tires, check your oil and your fan belt. If you filled up with hi-test you probably got a fancy drinking glass.
I know there were problems, serious problems, but the attitude was that America was the greatest place on Earth.
I hope this goes a bit of the way to explaining my original post.
A very merry Christmas to you as well!

Thanks for the link.
And thanks to that bar owner for standing up for our right to free speech, including warped humor. I get a kick out of how absent humor is in the life of the typical leftist.
