Good morning all4one.
Yep, updates on any canal news appreciated.
The special treatment and appeasement that these "recent arrivals" aka "islamics" receive in Australia, France, Eurabia, the U.S....is the reason for the violence they are bringing into neighborhoods where they reside. They will never assimilate, their Koran tells them to lie, cheat, and murder to further their cause to acquire land in the name of allah. The main thing they know how to do is to use the PC laws against the country where they reside. They all need "special treatment" because they are "recent arrivals".....bull hockey on them....we will be hearing about these uprisings for years to come if the politicians and police don't get the strong stomach to get these people in line....or if they are illegals....get them out of the country.
Granny, I remember our discussions about the stolen radios, and your deduction is a good one. I also don't see too much difference between the gangs in LA, the illegals and the islamics...they all want to destroy our way of life. In the back of my mind I can just imagine the hate that is brewing in the jails across the country, as all of these ingredients of hate mix...and are eventually released back into our society.

Former Labor Department Official Pleads Guilty To Stealing Government Laptop Computers
WASHINGTON, DC A former Supervisory Program Manager for the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the U.S. Department of Labor has pleaded guilty to the theft of government laptop computers, Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division announced today.
Basit Chaudhary pleaded guilty to a one-count criminal information this morning at U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia. The information, filed on Nov. 2, 2005, charged Chaudhary with felony theft of government property for stealing and converting to his own use a total of 12 laptop computers belonging to ETA. The computers were valued at approximately $24,000. At the time of his thefts, the defendants official responsibilities included supervising the purchase and evaluation of computers and other information technology goods and services for ETA and ensuring that ETAs purchases and expenditures were used only for official purposes.
As part of his plea agreement, Chaudhary admitted that he stole a total of 12 laptop computers from ETA during 2003 and that he sold six of these computers to private parties. The defendant further admitted that he subsequently purchased six laptop computers using his personal credit card and had them shipped to ETA, and that he then called one his ETA subordinates and told him that these six laptop computers were the same laptop computers that the defendant had removed from ETA previously. As part of his plea, the defendant has agreed to provide restitution to ETA for the remaining six laptops.
The case was investigated by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Labor. The case is being handled by Nancy L. Simmons of the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice, headed by Section Chief Noel L. Hillman.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- A group that is trying to tighten the standards for obtaining driver's licenses has come under fire for plans to post a billboard with a picture of an Arab clutching a grenade and a North Carolina license.
"The message of the ad says that Arabs are dangerous and violent people and that therefore they should not get driver's licenses, and I think that is bigoted. It's racist," said Christine Saah Nazer, spokeswoman for the Washington-based Arab American Institute.
Amanda Bowman, president of the New York-based Coalition for a Secure Driver's License, which is launching the billboard campaign in North Carolina and two other states, said: "We're not going after Arab-Americans. We're going after terrorists."
The billboard, scheduled to go up this month near the state Capitol in Raleigh, shows a man in traditional Arab head scarf. The billboard reads: "Don't license terrorists, North Carolina." Similar billboards are planned for New Mexico and Wisconsin, the coalition said...

Representative Anthony D. Weiner (D-N.Y.), wrote a letter to University President Lawrence H. Summers on Tuesday urging him to return the recent $20 million gift for Islamic Studies given by Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud.
Weiner said in a press release issued Dec. 13 that American universities should not accept gifts from the Saudi royals, who have a record of funding terrorist organizations.
August institutions like Harvard University and Georgetown University should not accept funding from a family that bankrolls terrorist organizations, he wrote to Summers. Their hands should be clean of any relationship with individuals associated with terrorism. .... Link to Full Article

'Massive Explosion' Rocks Palo Pinto County (TX - 12/16/05)
06:04 AM CST on Friday, December 16, 2005 WFAA-TV Staff
Firefighters in Palo Pinto County were working to extinguish a large fire that resulted when a gas well exploded early Friday morning. The gas well is located on Highway 180 at Highway 16 on the western edge of the county.
Witnesses said they heard a large boom and saw the sky light up around 2 a.m. "It was a massive explosion, evidently," said Palo Pinto County Sheriff Ira Mercer. "It created a large crater in the ground."
A fire one mile wide burned the area around the well, and the glow in the sky could be seen more than 50 miles away in Tarrant County. At least one field worker was slightly injured. The fire continued to burn three hours later. "We are concerned possibly about other well heads exploding," Sheriff Mercer said.
The drilling rig is in a rural portion of Palo Pinto County, and no evacuations were ordered. The Texas Forest Service and other state regulatory agencies were en route to assess the situation.

the
Lelystad station near Amsterdam on suspicion of being connected to the

Pakistani bus hostages freed unharmed
15/12/2005 - 13:19:03
About two dozen gunmen held 35 passengers on a city bus for two hours on a main road in eastern Pakistan today, sparking a shootout with police that left one of the hostage-takers dead and two wounded.
The passengers were freed safely, police said.
The hostage situation began this afternoon after 25 bearded men held up the bus in Faisalabad, an industrial city about 150 miles west of Lahore, said Mohammed Amin, the police chief in the area.
He said: The criminals were claiming that one of them is the messenger of God.
He added they had surfaced to eradicate evils from the society. We asked them to surrender, but they opened fire, he said.
Police also returned fire, killing one of them while other hostage takers were arrested.
No passengers were hurt in the entire operation, he said.
Amin said the men were being questioned at a police station in Faisalabad. One of them claimed to have been sent by God to warn that the day of judgment was approaching, said Amin.
WOW.
