I met Skunk Baxter at a space conference back in the 90s in LA. He is a big commercial space fan also.

At least he's not just churning out a Christmas album (like Michael McDonald)!

Hallmark is pushing his CD in advertisements. Something like buy 3 Christmas cards and you can buy his CD for $7.50. He's singing "Deck the Halls" in the background. When I first heard the ad I thought it was a parody.

And I think there was a guy in Iron Butterfly that was a brainiac. He died mysteriously, if I'm not mistaken.

...and Todd Rundgren became a software developer.

I rate Reelin' in the Years' guitar solo as in the top 10 of all time, along with Comfortably Numb, Hotel California, etc.

I dunno but I heard the 49ers offensive line was torturing terror suspects with crackback blocks and that is the reason behind the anti torture law.

Sort of reminds me of Hedy Lamarr, an actress who invented a new form of wireless radio.

You may be thinking of Hedy Lamarr. she wasn't a spy but I believe she was an inventor of some kind.

No, she was accused of spying for the Germans in WWI by the French.

Of course, later in WWII the French would do their own spying for the Germans.
