I've been following this story for a long time. It's STILL clear as mud to me. Someday, someone will post a concise, clearly written paragraph on this plot which will enlighten us all. The poster will also untangle the tangled cast of characters.
Actually, I imagine most freepers like myself have become bored with this intrigue because they don't know what the heck went on or is still going on. I don't think anyone cares a hoot anymore.

Guess again. If, as I have suspected all along, that "MD4Bush" is a democratic operative, just as Joseph Steffen was, than it is a huge story. This is an attempt by the dems to effect the next election. The "hearings" for all this was the first goal of the scheme. The dems on the committee refused to follow the "MD4Bush" trail for a reason. They KNEW who "MD4Bush" was all along.
The next goal was to have these hearings STILL going on about the time of the next election.
If I am not mistaken, there was no budget or time constraints applied to this . Only the dems could subpoena witnesses. The conservatives could not even have their own staff council. Thats fair and balanced huh?
When the operators of this site cooperate with any authorities, if any have any interest, the "committee" would be forced to get to the truth about "MD4Bush". There could be no reason for the "committee" to not get to the bottom of all this.
I think this site will play a VERY IMPORTANT role in the weeks and months to come. I also believe this site will be wise in their dealings with those who were a part of "MD4Bush". I DON'T trust that the law enforcement agencies will follow through on this though.
