It was her Ex-Husband who hired the hit. He was given life w/o parole. Her then husband was wounded but survived and ID'd Nixon.

This afternoon he FINALLY expressed remorse in an issued apology. Before today, he would sort of apologize, but would include that he was "on booze and drugs" at the time he murdered Virginia Tucker.
