Kansas City authorities are still trying to unravel the murder of state Auditor Claire McCaskill's ex-husband, who was shot Monday and apparently dumped from his car in a decaying neighborhood.

David Exposito, 64, was found lying on the street, in front of a child-care center. The neighborhood has been the scene of several murders in recent years.

Police on Tuesday recovered his vehicle, a 1979 Thunderbird, which was found minus its decorative gold rims. Some speculated that the assailants may have shot Exposito to get the rims.

Kind of a curious ride for a 64 year old white guy.

All the more reason. Of all the cars on the lot, he chooses this one?

"I heard that this was going to be a close race"

The polls show the race close, but I would be surprised if Talent won by less than 5%.

And don't worry, I don't yell at people who merely repeat what they heard. : )

This "woman of the people", Mccaskill, just built a $2,000,000 +/- house about a 1/4 mile from my house...even put in her own private bridge over a creek.

By the way this divorced, pro-choice woman is a member of our local catholic parish.

I'll never understand why the local priests don't excommunicate politicians who are pro-murder...

What did he have on Hillary Clinton?

Probably nothing, the guy couldn't tell his rear end from a hole in the wall.

But don't be surprised if this someone connects to McCaskills campaign.

The guy was the worst of both world, a bad guy and an idiot.
