Nothing to allow, or disallow, it is called free speech and anyone who has a problem should be bodily thrown out of this country.

Restaurabts, definitely should not display religions messages.
Restaurants, however, should display whatever they wish.

I voted. Out of 5689 votes, 97% voted yes (let restaurants and other businesses put up religious signs). Merry Christmas, all!

"Be allowed"???? Who is going to do the "allowing"?
It offends me because it specifically talks about Jesus, Merry Christmas. It doesn't give credit to anyone else," Alpert said.
Well, DUUUUUH, Amanda!

Why is this even a question? Last I heard, Mickey D's is not a government agency, so there's no question at all. They can put up whatever sign they wish.
This woman has no understanding, apparently, of the Constitution.
Now, she can, if she wishes, march up and down the public sidewalk near this place and picket it as long as she likes. That's the only appropriate response available to her.

Everyone celebrates religion & holy days in their own individual ways, but currently there are questions abouth whether the two should be more connected. These people are beyond words!

Almost every Asian restaurant we go to has a Buddah somewhere with little bowls of stuff around it. People think, oh, good mints or whatever. Not realizing the bowls are also "offerings" to Buddah.
IOW, it's a highly religious message and if they want to speak it and I'm willing to eat at their restaurant, okay.
To: MineralMan
Restaurabts, definitely should not display religions messages. Personally, I think restaurabts should be banned nationally. The country simply cannot condone the existence of a blatant, public restaurabt.

What, you got a problem with restaurabts?? I think I wabt to sue you for that! ;)
Seriously, it's a no-brainer. Anyone bothered by the sign can simply patronize another establishment which does not have such a sign.
