"After Williams blasted a football-sized hole in Albert Owens' back as he lay face-down on the floor of the 7-Eleven where he worked, the gang leader laughed about the "gurgling" noises the 26-year-old divorced father of two made as he died, according to trial testimony.
"And after Williams gunned down Yen-I Yang, 76, his wife, Tsai-Shai, 63, and their daughter, Yee-Chen Lin, 43, when he robbed their family-run motel, he bragged of killing "Buddha-heads," according to his pals' testimony."

If he deserves a statesman's funeral, how about Mussolini's?
I was thinking that a "Yard-A-Pult" might be more fitting.

IIRC, Mussolini had a nice state funeral. That would work.
What is really scary is that, after all the pandering at Rosa Parks passing, a full blown state funeral might actually be in the mind of some of our more unstable leaders and may not be as absurd as I first thought.
Let it rage; nothing will change the fact that Tookie is now worm dookie.
May he rot in hell.
BTW - Were there any riots as Tookie's supporter claimed there would be? I havent't heard of anyone outside of a handful of celebs, lefties and anti-death penalty guys even utter a peep in his defence.
Williams' supporters can give him any funeral they can afford.
No tax payer money will be spent for the corpse of an executed murderer, except what the state normally would pay in the case that nobody claims the body.
A formal statesman's funeral would be an insult to decency.
Here is the funeral that the fiend Tookie gave his innocent victims (Warning: Graphic Forensic Photos):

I thought they were going to drag his body in the Kawaanza Parade....
If he was innocent, then why does he need redemption?
Yeah. Benito Mussolini's.
supporters announcing they would give him a funeral "befitting a statesman."
They should just leave him face down in the dirt, that's how he would do it.
