The tookster didn't conduct his executions swiftly and perfectly as we are told his victims gurgled after they were shot so I don't see where he should be criticizing the state just because they missed a vein on the first try.
If either of his two criminal sons do something to face the death penalty, they can throw themselves on the mercy of the court because they're orphans.

I was hearing on the news that some of the guards in the death row cell block were saying that despite the public image conjured up for us by the "spinarets", Tookie was the meanest most unpleasent man in the whole cell block...a few of the guards had received death threats from out of jail Crips members. They were saying that we were right to execute Tookie!
