If anyone riots over this, they need to be shot without hesitation. I don't personally care if the police are involved or not.

I just heard on a radio news program that the entire execution process was only suppose to take a few minutes. It took about 22 minutes. Apparently the fellows who were responsible for finding the veins to inject the lethal doses had difficulty doing so. Tookie was trying to help them and became frustrated that the process was taking so long. He kept raising up his head and looking around. It was not suppose to take that long.
22 minutes is a long time. Plenty of time to repent publicly, but he did not. Even in the end, God allowed him time to repent. He chose not to.

That's a little --er, insensitive. On the other hand, sometimes insensitivity is probably warrented.
