I missed part of the story but it sounds like justice was served.
it WAS!
the short answer to the whole case was that a "lady" ran into my van, while i was stopped in the street, waiting for a place to empty in the driveway of a coffee shop.
she told the police that i ran into HER, while she was STOPPED. i got a "moving violation" from an officer of APD.
today, the judge listened to her for about 3 minutes of "prevarications" & "conflicts in facts", ask me if what she said was essentially correct & after hearing about 3 sentences of mine, said, "NOT GUILTY".
you CAN fight "city hall" & WIN!
