I believe I DID hear a dem threaten to filibuster. I don't think any threatened; Biden has expressed that one might happen.
Frist ought to take advantage of the fact that Miers and Boyle nominations are NOW on the Senate's executive calendar. Debate and vote, show your belief in up or down vote!
