He doesn't like the fact that you can't appeal a gag order preventing you from revealing that business records have been subpoened. He also things that the right to get records that are "relevant" to the investigation is too broad.

I understand and tend to agree with him on that point

Though I realize we need go after these terrorists and their funding

I also realize that if (god forbid) Hellary is elected president .. or a lib like her .. I can see that part of the law being abused big time
