I'm looking for the transcript at http://www.whitehouse.gov. However, it is a little unrealistic to expect it up so fast. It usually is up within a few hours.

The President DID say that they've closed or tuned over to the Iraqis 40 bases out of 90. I didn't know that. This is the kind of stuff that the admin and hey, how about some pubbie help here, need to say.
