Geysers are spewing up to 14 feet. I haven't heard if there is a natural gas line with multiple leaks or what is causing this. It appears to be following a creek line and is about a mile south of the city of Kingfisher, moving north.
These geysers constantly erupting could be a major sign of a pending volcanic erupting under the area. I would highly suggest you check to see if there are any underground magma chambers in or around the city of Kingfisher.
If you a living near this area and there are magma chambers underneath you, GET OUT OF TOWN NOW BY AT LEAST A HUNDRED MILES AWAY!!

More likely that this is related to the Meers Fault. The Wichita Mountains, located in western Oklahoma are the oldest mountains in North America and were at one time larger than the Rockies. The Meers Fault is related to their formation and is the only expoxed fault east of the Rockies. If you recall, the new Madrid fault that is not that far away, was the site of the largest quake in US history.

That's easy to say....When you don't have a life to maintain here. I live within 50 miles of this area. I cannot just pick up and leave on the off-chance that it will blow. Kids have school, husband has work. All we can do is make sure we're right with God!
Maybe it will erupt over Christmas, when we are out of town.
