Something does need to be done about the gang problem and toxic urban culture. Innocent decent folks like the Huxtables are suffering because of Liberal irresponsiblity and weakness.

You have to appreciate a newspaper that does not print the name of the killer but prints the name of a grieving father threatening revenge.

I hope they painted a target on his back too, so some anonymous gangbanger can take him out before he acts on his threat.

"Something" will be done once more "innocent decent folks like the Huxtables' decide to leave the Liberal plantation and make it happen.

Ignoring the unfortunate 'Jews' remark - which I didn't initially comment upon as it may not have been intended maliciously - and while they took positive steps to improve their own lot, the Huxtables apparently had little problem with the damage Liberal policies were doing to their community until this tragedy struck.

In fairness to the Sun, it's (stupidly!) prohibited under Canadian law to publish the name or photo of a minor charged with any crime.

As for printing the father's name, seemingly, along with his wife, they invited as much.

I wonder what color the people are who keep electing liberals to rule them? I don't know a lot about Canadian politics but I could answer that question in the U.S.

We see this stuff play out over and over. Blacks have been electing Democrats to run New Orleans for 60 years. They have gotten nothing but corruption, poor schools, ghettos and poverty as a result. But somehow when they keep choosing to put the same morally and intellectually bankrupt people who have never delivered them any positive results in power it is not their own fault? They want to blame anybody but themselves.

I feel sorry for this family. It is too bad that it took a tragedy to open their eyes.

He also could have meant it as a valid observation as to the respective societal outrage in relation to crimes occurring within / directed at two communities.

To me, since it's not clear the remark had any real anti-Semitic intent, it doesn't take away from the rest of his, otherwise bang-on, remarks.

Plus, if it's merely meant as an analogy, he'd have been hard pressed to come up with a better recent local example.

Interestingly, the Sun ran columns be two feminists (!) today which also essentially called Martin an opportunistic jackass on the 'gun ban' issue.
