I, for one, want to research the boundaries of, and call for enforecement of, any and all public nuisance laws on the books in this country. I've had about e-gaddamned-nough of all the First Amendment windmill-tilting when some mental midget wishes to disrupt and annoy entire communities in the name of whatever personal Hell it is that they live in. You can open your snackhole about anything you want, but when you become a public eyesore, a distraction, and/or an impediment to the citizenry, then The Rest Of Us have the right to have you carted off by the scruff of the neck and tossed into The Clink.
