Many viewers( such as myself) do not have a "crucifix" on hand, and are not able to turn away quickly enough, in order to avoid such terrible shock, and repulsion.
I believe that it is quite possible for you to sufficiently make your point, without having to expose us (hapless viewers)to such a massive overload of gratuitous ugly.
