I think skerry realized he really screwed up, just after his words left his mouth. I don't watch the Sunday shows, but saw those clips later. You could see him try to craw fish the rest of that interview, knowing he left himself open for so much criticism.

Some good stories just write themselves, and the left has given the GOP some of the most ignorant sound-bites. I'm glad they are using their own words against the left.
