What??? He's not concerned with the 56 child molestors and other criminals? Bet he changes his tune when one turns up being his next door neighbor.
Just wait ... someone will suggest we "chip" people so this kind of thing can't happen. When these people are "found" then you would know who they really were ... just watch ... now I'll read the article.
Those who want to stay missing, will until they screw up again, hurt someone else or are found by law enforcement for some other charge...not a good thought. New Orleans just cleared itself of many individuals it does not want back...
Saw the headline and thought it might have something to do about the "missing 600+ cops" that got paid and couldn't be found.

I have been 'missing' for more than ten years. I didn't do anything wrong, there are just certain people with whom I do not wish to confer. I know exactly where I am. Most of the time.
Houston seems to have found some of them. They are asking FEMA to fund 400 additional cops to cope with crime they have brought to the city.
Whatever you guys do don't tell them that I'm here.
