Interesting that the writers point out that there are no African Americans on the Cal Supreme Court now. I did not think JRB was a "real" African American by their standards anyway. Go figure.

No surprises here. This is the end result of electing RINOs to office. Tom McClintock could have won if not for the ill-conceived notion that only a RINO could win an election in California. Now, those Republicans in California are reaping what they sowed.
It is time for the California Republican Party to repudiate Arnold. Scenario: We repudiate Arnold, he runs as an independent, McClintock runs for governor as a Republican, McClintock is elected with 38 percent of the vote.
