Huh, I just saw surfboard making on "Dirty Jobs." It was messy. Seemed more of a health hazard for the worker with all the resin and floating foam particulate. But I can see a environmental legal problem where small shops renting a storefront just trash the place and have the land owner foot the clean-up bill.
