Little attention has been paid to [Jack] Abramoff's relationship with Adam Kidan, or to Kidan's relationship with the mob. At first blush this is understandable. Between Boulis's murder in early 2001 and the recent arrests of Moscatiello, Ferrari, and Fiorillo, little was known about the circumstances of the shooting. But it is now clear that Gus Boulis links all these men. He sold SunCruz [Casino cruise ships] to Kidan and Abramoff six months before he was murdered. The sale was highly irregular, and afterwards Boulis feuded constantly with Kidan and Abramoff about how the company should be run. Kidan, moreover, had known Anthony Moscatiello, the man allegedly at the center of the conspiracy to murder Boulis, since the early 1990s.
In fact the story of SunCruz Casinos is less remote from the better-known tale of Abramoff's Washington wheeling and dealing than one might think. There are three chief similarities. Leading players in the Washington saga make cameo appearances in re SunCruz (Michael Scanlon, Scanlon's old boss Tom DeLay, and Ohio Republican congressman Bob Ney). In both stories the action unfolds against the backdrop of casino politics. And the moral in both is the same: the blinding allure of money; the black depths of human avarice and greed.

Heard this on Michale Savage tonight. Thank you for posting.
Something is fishy here. Abramoff once worked for Tom Delay and Delay is from Texas and both Bush and Cheney lived in Texas! Good enough for me,
IT`S ALL GEORGE BUSH`S FAULT
But is he responsible for the deaths of dozens of people who were friends with or known the Clintons?
Yeah, I'm sure liberals don't do this kind of stuff! (sarcasm)
Good article.
Did you catch whether the mobsters who killed Kidon's mother were connected to the mobsters he later allegedly contacted to knock off Boulis?

So what. The RATS get away with worse than this every day. Until they start going to jail, I don't care about Abramoff. At least he was helping raise money for good people.
At least we conservatives, and some Republicans (I'm not one) acutally weed out the bad folks while the liberals and Dems back theirs up by attacking the accusers regardless of how many laws they break.
Thanks for posting this.
It's past-time that conservatives be forthright about these sordid affairs.
Heck, even "America's Most Wanted" mentioned that the FBI has yet to
interview Mr. Abramoff about the Florida situation.
