And what do they all have in common? I'll bet a hundred bucks... Evergreen State College.
No bet. But, 4 of them have Eugene, Or. in common also. I could only trace one to Olympia. They do move around a whole lot.

Anyone know what the statue of limitation is for these kind of crimes? Some are over 5 years old.

I thought arson was a 7 year s.o.l.

They are not trying to create public terror, they are trying to help the environment or they are trying to save cute widdow puppy dogs or trees.
If someone is found with the means to commit an arson or to take down a power-line, then they should be tried on that count if such a is a crime.
If you own a gun then I suppose we should send the police around to arrest you for the intent to shoot someone, or if you are male then you should be arrested for the intent to rape a woman. /sarcasm

I hear that soft, skinny ecoterrorists are considered a favorite delicacy in federal prisons.

That's how the airlines handle things. If you get sloppy drunk and cause a flight to be diverted, the arrest at the gate for drunkenness and disorderly conduct is the tip of the iceberg. The airlines will sue you for the downtime of the aircraft and any related logistics problems, which can end up costing you 50 grand real easy. Yes. This is as it should be. Otherwise, others end up paying more because of these jag-off's. Let their wages be garnished for 10 years. That will give them something to think about.

Ramsey Clark may have to leave Saddam's side to come home and defend his brethren in this case.

I once saw an ELF bumper sticker on a car here in the Chicago area. I was tempted to call the Feds, but didn't.

"Being from Wyoming..."
An earlier post pointed out successful cases in Oregon, refuting your claim other states would not do the right thing.
Just for information, please cite the successes up your way in Wyoming and Utah. Thanks in advance.
My ancestors come from Wyoming and Utah. I respect and agree with the conservatism in those areas. But to slam other states, which have many good conservatives, is not productive.
It is wonderful these lousy perps got caught, and I hope they get maximum sentences. If anyone was near the fires, throw in attempted murder.

Good news. This would never have happened in Oregon, Washington and Californai at the state levels. The AGs and former governors would have killed the investigations.
