Has Mumia even denied the charge?
I haven't ever seen a claim of innocence that was his own.
The US death penalty system needs an overhaul. Mumia shot and killed Mr. Faulker in 1981! It is almost 2006! There is no way it should take almost 25 years for a case to move its way through the system. Mumia should have been executed by now later than 1983!
