It is story,
But he also worked on wireless, in same time as Marcconni, and that was recognised later publicly.

I was surprissed to see his x-ray like shots of one women`s foot using his lectical mashine without x-rays!

Saw that in Tesla`s museum in Belgrade.

This is still a petition, isn't it? I think if it's true, Croatia will start to object and make their own claim of Tesla.

Serbs rule, but I think that half-Serbs might be the coolest.

I think that Edison, who Tesla considered a friend, convinced
Tesla to wire Niagara Falls with DC, causing a huge fire that
financially devastated Tesla.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Pupin was also Serbian. I recently found a first edition copy of his autobiography, From Immigrant to Inventor.

I recently flew from Bucharest, Romania to Belgrade. The ONLY smoking flight I have been on recently. Everyone was smoking. In Bucharest, Dimitru Duduman is the big national hero. But I think Tesla trumps Duduman.

Nah.

http://www.pbs.org/tesla/ll/ll_niagara.html

Edison royally screwed Tesla earlier on in his career, but it wasn't related to Niagara Falls.

Tesla was a fascinating and eccentric genius. I still think they should make a movie about him. Christopher Lloyd would be perfect!

There is a movie in the making and David Bowie ("the man who fell to earth") plays Tesla.
