LOS ANGELES -- A photographer being sued by Jennifer Aniston says he was trying to score pictures of the actress with Vince Vaughn, not topless pictures of her.
Peter Brandt said he wishes "she hadn't just walked out topless."
"That's not what I was looking for," Brandt added.
Brandt said he took the pictures three weeks ago while standing on a public street in Los Angeles about 300 yards from Aniston's house.
Aniston is seeking monetary damages and a court order to stop Brandt and anyone else from making money from the photos.
Brandt said he has no intention of selling the pictures.
Hey, a guy's gotta work sometime.
"Um, Jen, that's a relatively open weave and I can still see your...nippular area!"
Not
real.
Jen looks so boyish compared to Christina Applegate.
BFLR!
1) Doesn't want the world to have visual proof she's had a boobjob.
2) Someone would be profiting off the pictures, not her.
3) Its still 5 years before she hits her hollyweird female mid-life crisis stage where she poses naked in some lame attempt to show the world, "she's still got it". Right now shes still in the, "I want to be treated as an actress" stage.
4) She just starting dating Vince and he's going to have his ego crushed if he doesn't have exclusvie boobage braging rights for at least another year or two.
bump
It goes off when you think about baseball????
Yeah... One of them 'assault cameras'... Can penetrate a tank-top at distances of over a mile...
Hollywood is reeling from another shock split - Christina Applegate's actor husband Jonathan Schaech has filed for divorce
safe comp now...thanks for the warning.
Sheesh...the Sears catalog is way better than those pics.
No kidding. The Victoria's secret thread yesterday or whenever had better pics. I looked at the first page and decided it wasn't worth the trouble.
I presume you have 'first hand' evidence of this?
