LOS ANGELES -- A photographer being sued by Jennifer Aniston says he was trying to score pictures of the actress with Vince Vaughn, not topless pictures of her.
Peter Brandt said he wishes "she hadn't just walked out topless."
"That's not what I was looking for," Brandt added.
Brandt said he took the pictures three weeks ago while standing on a public street in Los Angeles about 300 yards from Aniston's house.
Aniston is seeking monetary damages and a court order to stop Brandt and anyone else from making money from the photos.
Brandt said he has no intention of selling the pictures.
I wouldn't believe Aniston just went out of her house topless either. She would have to be a real idiot. Or maybe this is just publicity. Always keep the attention on those stupid celebrities.
He was just cleaning his camera, and it went off.
Well, before we judge this person too harshly I think we should all review the photos, errr, I mean evidence.
Maybe she could keep her clothes on in public view.
Some would think that 300 yards would be sufficient to avoid arousing prurient interest. I see her point (so to speak) if the guy is stalking her with a freaking 1000mm lens.
Why is Jennifer suing anyway? She can't be all that bad looking in the nude.
What pictures?
I know how this guy feels. I didn't mean to look at the pictures, either. Even when I went back for a second look. Honest.
I can see why she's upset - she's always been so modest and demure.
the topless photos were taken by paparazzo Peter Brandt, who allegedly used a "powerful telephoto lens" from a perch more than a mile away from Aniston's home,
was hard to accept. More than a mile away? That must have been quite some lens to see something that small from so far away... This article claims that Brandt was about 300 yards away, which is less than a quarter mile, which seems more credible...
He used a .50 caliber camera
Here is this same article posted yesterday.

I used to have that problem. Now I just think about baseball.
Put 'em in the public domain where we can all see 'em for FREE!!!
Did you miss the Britney thread?
If she walks out into the open topless she has to expect a picture to be taken. I say let this guy do whatever he wants with these pictures.
Or more cowbell.
