Families have to make sure that there mentally ill loved ones behave appropriately at airports. In four years and a after hundred of thousands of flights, this has only happened once so it's not an epidemic.
One can have sympathy for the mentally ill person that was killed and still believe that it was a good shoot. The excitement that some here show for the killing of this guy concerns me, but in the end, the air marshals had no choice.
